Patricia Myers, J.D./C.P.A., Interim COO/CFO & General Counsel

Patricia Myers is Interim Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Interim General Counsel of Guess & Co. The Company is focused on inclusive capitalism in rural America, neighboring urban communities, and select global markets, and conducts business through operating subsidiaries aligned with mining, energy, finance, insurance, agriculture, technology, real estate, and health care.

Ms. Myers is an attorney with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial and operational leadership. She has served in executive roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel for multibillion, multi‑state real estate investment organizations and high‑net‑worth family offices. Her experience includes oversight of complex commercial transactions, financial reporting and analysis, enterprise risk management, and strategic business operations.

Ms. Myers has also served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer of a federally regulated financial institution, where she advised boards of directors, managed regulatory relationships, and oversaw corporate governance, securities matters, and compliance programs. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer and counsel for an international law firm, where she managed firm operations, financial performance, and organizational strategy.

Ms. Myers began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising public and private companies. She joined Guess & Co. in 2026 as Interim General Counsel for Governance, Regulatory and Risk. Ms. Myers earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Madonna University. She was appointed Interim Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Interim General Counsel in June 2026.
