Our addressable market encompasses approximately 1,825 rural counties across 49 states and approximately 770 urban counties that are adjacent to and economically connected with those rural communities. These neighboring urban markets frequently serve as regional commercial, financial, health care, logistics, educational, governmental, and industrial centers that support the broader rural economy. We view these markets as natural extensions of our focus and important sources of customer and client relationships, strategic partnerships, transaction opportunities, and long-term growth.

Our Enterprise
Guess & Co. Group, Inc. is the parent company of the Guess & Co. enterprise and provides enterprise ownership, governance, oversight, and strategic direction.
Guess & Co. Corporation Holding Co., Inc. serves as the intermediate holding company and supports enterprise organization, governance, and coordination among the management and operating companies.
Guess & Co. serves as the management company for the enterprise. It leads enterprise strategy, oversees the Merchant, Trading, Advisory, and Brokerage segments, develops customer and client relationships, originates opportunities, supports cross-business collaboration, and coordinates commercial activity throughout the organization.
Guess & Co., L.L.C. serves as the operating company for the enterprise's core revenue-generating businesses. Through its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, it conducts business across Mining, Energy, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Agriculture, Insurance, and Health Care.
The enterprise also includes Guess & Co. Diversified Corporation, the company's non-core business and acquisition platform. This platform may hold, acquire, develop, operate, transition, or support businesses, assets, subsidiaries, and opportunities that are outside the company's core business group or otherwise designated as specialized, separate, transitional, or non-core.
This structure combines centralized leadership, governance, strategic oversight, and capital allocation with focused operating businesses capable of serving customers and clients across multiple industries and markets while maintaining the flexibility to pursue opportunities wherever they arise.
Our Operating Model
Guess & Co. conducts business through four core segments that provide enterprise-wide channels for customer and client engagement, opportunity origination, relationship development, market coverage, and commercial execution.
Merchant
Acquire. Own. Develop. Operate. The Merchant segment focuses on opportunities involving the acquisition, ownership, development, improvement, management, and operation of businesses and assets across our target markets.
Trading
Market. Trade. The Trading segment focuses on the marketing, purchase, sale, distribution, and permitted trading of commodities, products, energy, natural resources, and other commercial outputs.
Advisory
Advise. The Advisory segment provides strategic, operational, commercial, business development, transaction, organizational, and other advisory services to businesses, institutions, municipalities, tribal communities, family offices, and government entities.
Brokerage
Facilitate Transactions. The Brokerage segment supports commercial transaction facilitation, buyer and seller introductions, lender and borrower introductions, sourcing opportunities, and other brokerage activities conducted through the appropriate authorized entities.
Together, these segments create multiple channels through which customers and clients can engage with Guess & Co. while allowing opportunities to be directed to the operating business or legal entity best positioned to execute them.
