Mandy L. Hall, Vice-Chairman, Secretary-Treasurer, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Mandy L. Hall is a principal shareholder, vice-chairman, secretary-treasurer, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Guess & Co. Group, Inc., the premier leader in delivering inclusive capitalism to communities in Rural America, neighboring urban communities and select global communities through finance, mining, insurance, agriculture, technology, real estate, energy and health care. Ms. Hall is an experienced senior executive. She is also vice-chairman, secretary-treasurer, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Guess & Co. Corporation Holding Co., Inc., Guess & Co., L.L.C. and Guess & Co. Corporation, a predecessor entity. She joined Guess & Co. Corporation after serving as an executive and board member for a social enterprise that operated businesses to provide second chances. She has held many leadership positions with the company over the years. Her initial position was corporate vice-president before becoming chief corporate officer and serving as global managing director. She has worked with customers and clients and the teams that supported them providing guidance and leadership. She has handled financial reporting and tax compliance. She was appointed managing director, secretary and treasurer in February of 2025. In April of 2025, she returned to her positions of chief operating officer and chief financial officer and she will continue to serve as secretary and treasurer. She is responsible for day to day operations, accounting/finance, financial reporting, corporate governance, corporate records, corporate treasury and mergers and acquisitions. She seeks to ensure that the company is operating efficiently and is well-positioned to deliver sustainable revenue. She works closely with leadership of affiliated entities of Guess & Co. to deliver positive operational and financial performance.
