Mandy L. Hall, Senior Executive Vice-President & Secretary-Treasurer
Mandy L. Hall is Senior Executive Vice‑President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Principal Corporate Officer of Guess & Co. Group, Inc. In these roles, she is responsible for corporate governance, compliance, treasury management, and oversight of the Company’s enterprise‑wide corporate functions. Guess & Co. Group, Inc. is focused on inclusive capitalism in rural America, neighboring urban communities, and select global markets, and conducts business through operating subsidiaries aligned with mining, energy, finance, insurance, agriculture, technology, real estate, and health care.
Ms. Hall joined Guess & Co. Corporation after serving as an executive and board member of a social enterprise focused on providing second‑chance opportunities through operating businesses. Since joining the Company, she has held a series of senior leadership roles, including Corporate Vice‑President, Chief Corporate Officer, and Global Managing Director.
Over the course of her tenure, Ms. Hall has supported enterprise governance, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls, and has worked closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide guidance and organizational oversight. Ms. Hall was appointed Managing Director, Secretary, and Treasurer in February 2025 and assumed her current roles as Senior Executive Vice‑President and Principal Corporate Officer in February 2026.
