D. Michelle Stewart, Deputy Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
D. Michelle Stewart is a principal shareholder of Guess & Co. Group, Inc. the premier leader in delivering inclusive capitalism to communities in Rural America, neighboring urban communities and select global communities through finance, mining, insurance, agriculture, technology, real estate, energy and health care. She is deputy chairman and chief executive officer of Guess & Co. Corporation, the business operations and non-core business holdings subsidiary of Guess & Co. Group, Inc. Ms. Stewart is a seasoned executive and business professional with over 20 years of experience. She has completed studies in Organizational Leadership at Colorado State University Global. She joined Guess & Co. Corporation in 2017 after a long career in real estate investment and business financing. She served as interim executive vice-president and managing director handling corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions for the company. She served as president of the company overseeing day to day operations. She returned from retirement in September of 2021 to serve as the company's chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Ms. Stewart was appointed chief executive officer in December of 2021 and resumed the position in May of 2023 until January of 2024 when she assumed the position of chief operating officer. She was re-appointed chief executive officer in July of 2024. Ms. Stewart works closely with leaders of affiliated companies of Guess & Co. to ensure a successful offering and delivery of customer products and services.
